MALAYSIA MY SECOND HOME (MM2H) & SARAWAK MM2H (S-MM2H)
Both the S-MM2H and MM2H programs allow qualified citizens of foreign countries to retire and reside in Sarawak and Peninsular Malaysia. The programs are open to citizens of countries recognized by Malaysia, regardless of race, religion, gender or age.
All main applicants are to fulfil certain personal and financial criteria set by the Malaysian Government. Successful applicants are granted multiple-entry social visit pass for a period of 10 years and this is renewable. They are allowed to bring with them their spouses and unmarried children below the age of 21 as dependents.

Required Documents
- Letter of Application
- Resume/Curriculum Vitae
- Eight (8) coloured passport size photographs (blue background)
- Copy of Passport (all pages)
- Police Clearance Certificate or Letter of Good Conduct from relevant authority
- Certified copy of Marriage Certificate (if accompanied by spouse)
- Certified copy of Birth Certificate (if accompanied by children)
- Original copy of latest 3-month bank statements
- Original copy of latest 3-month salary or pension statements
Additional Documents for 30 – 49 Years Old Category:
- Certified copy of children’s student pass
- Letter of Acceptance from education institution
- Letter from Ministry of Education (except for international schools)
Additional Documents for 40 – 49 Years Old Category:
- Sales and Purchase Agreement of the residential property purchased
- Official payment receipt of the property purchased
S-MM2H Application Requirement

Remarks:
- All applicants must pass the medical check-up at appointed medical centre in Sarawak
- All applicants must purchase medical insurance in Sarawak before submission of application
- Applicants are exempted from placing the fixed deposit if they are able to prove receiving monthly offshore income/pension of RM7,000.00/ RM10,000.00 equivalent
