“ We knew there was strong interest in the guarded and gated concept and high-end homes and this was proven when the detached bungalows priced at RM2.4 million and above to sell out within two days,” said Datuk Paul Yu, managing director of HSL.
“ We have started a waiting list for the next phase at La Promenade,” he added.

“Discerning buyers have recognised the benefits of the modern living concept which emphasizes on advanced security, pleasant landscaping and walkways for fitness and relaxation,” Yu noted.
At 200 acres, La Promenade is among the largest mixed developments in Sarawak. It has been meticulously master-planned to include premium high-end residences, a commercial centre and shopping mall as well as HSL’s high-rise office headquarters which is currently under construction.
HSL’s Precinct Premiere’s modern bungalow Show Home opened to the public on Malaysia Day and drew large crowds.
“It will be open this weekend 10am-5pm, so don’t miss out as thereafter visits will be by appointment only,” Yu said.
