KUCHING: Samalaju Central is the first commercial centre that will serve the pioneer batch of energy-intensive industries in Samalaju.
According to a press release, the Samalaju Industrial Park (SIP) is one of the five growth nodes within the Sarawak Corridor of Renewable Energy (SCORE) project which aims at spurring foreign and local investments in traditionally rural areas so as to create a balanced development throughout the country.
Samalaju Central is part of a larger 81-acre mixed development project consisting of three-storey shopoffices, semi-detached and detached industrial buildings and vacant industrial lots.
These units all come with individual title, 99-year lease and all floors are designed for commercial/office-use only. Being the only commercial/service centre inside the SIP, Samalaju Central will be a one-stop centre where the public can get all their banking, entertainment, food and beverage needs met.
